We’ve just been informed of the latest guidelines from our Provincial Health Officer that were updated today. All indoor group physical activities must be suspended temporarily while new guidelines are being developed including: dance studios, martial arts, yoga, pilates, strength and conditioning, and cheerleading. That’s us.
We will be online-only until further notice with 16 Jazzercise classes per week and 7 yoga and 2 barre classes per week. Thank you for your patience and continued support.
